One address or one place id per call. A successful brief is the billable unit. This is not a mailing list.

Call a brief

GET /v1/brief

Authorization: Bearer pk_live_… or the X-Api-Key header. Create the key on the account page. The secret is shown once.

Coverage scores, with no owner rows, are at GET /v1/coverage?state=FL or ?county_fips=12001. A coverage response is not a billable brief.

Account keys

What counts

HTTP 200 with a parcel or address hit counts as one brief against the seat for the UTC month.

400, 401, 403, 404, 429, and 500 do not count.

A paid plan keeps working after the included count. Florida plans, including the 25,000-brief plan, meter $0.05 per brief. Multi-state plans, including the 50,000-brief plan, meter $0.04. The 250,000-brief plan meters $0.03. Overage is added to the Stripe renewal invoice for the completed UTC month. A warning is added at 80% of the included count.

A public-demo key includes 50 briefs a month and stops at that count, at 5 requests a minute. It is not a seat. A Florida seat is 60 a minute. A multi-state seat is 120 a minute. A coverage plan can read the score sheet and cannot open parcel briefs.

A Florida seat returns Florida only.

Feature API and dumps

GET /v1/parcels

Requires a Feature API plan. Each returned feature counts as one read.

Also id, or state plus bbox=minLon,minLat,maxLon,maxLat. A bbox wider than 0.25 degrees is rejected. Pass after from the previous next field to page.

Starter is 25,000 features a month, then $0.03. Growth is 150,000, then $0.025. Org is 1,000,000, then $0.02. Overage is added to that subscription’s renewal invoice.

POST /v1/dumps with county or state and format of csv, geojson, or parquet. The plan has to cover that geography. GET /v1/dumps/:id returns a signed download link when the file is ready.

Not available

The brief endpoint still rejects wildcards, county dumps, and a limit above 1. Parcel pages and file extracts are separate paid products.

Owner of record and tax-roll mailing, when the public roll publishes them, are returned only for that one parcel. Rolls that do not publish a name omit it.

Do not compile mailing lists, fuse this with skip-tracing, use it as a consumer report under the FCRA, or use it to circumvent address-confidentiality programs.
